Taking a stab at the pussy.

Actually I didn't opt for the sigmoid colon technique. This is usually utilized
for a transwoman who would have insufficient depth after the penile inversion
technique of GRS. In other words if she had very little penile or scrotal
tissue with which to form her vagina.

This wasn't the case for me, indeed the admirers would have been crying in
their beer at the piece that got away, I was fairly well endowed.

Surgeons tend to be reluctant to perform this techniques as it is more
invasive, and involves cutting a section from the intestine. It is more costly
as you pointed out.

However, it can give a woman give her greater depth, up to 8 - 9 inches, as
contrasted with the average 5 -7 in other techniques. It can also provide a
fully lubricating vagina.

I'm not sure if that's the technique that Danielle had performed. Her surgeon
Dr. Suporn performs a proprietary penile inversion, though he will also do the
sigmoid colon technique if needed or requested.
