I feel u. Did the same thing in 2008...got a 1.5TB drive (2 750 GB drives) to store my "data". Decided to run RAID-1 so would have a duplicate copy in case one crashed out. Of the 750GB, I now have 150GB free. That's 10+ yrs collecting the shit...when I get back, gotta get another....

I'm going to have to do a RAID set up next time, because my 750GB just crashed. Luckily, that wasn't my porn drive, more like my movies and music drive, but the fact I lost my data scares me lol.
