How do you like Charlotte? It came up as a possible destination for myself as it seems like a nice enough city, but having to drive through NC and VA to get to the more popular Metros of DC and Bmore made it a bit unattractive despite the lower cost of living.

If the majority of your models are based in the dmv area, wouldn't a move to charlotte be career suicide citing its proximity to atl? Charlotte is sleepy, even when compared to the tidewater area. If you are considering a move to NC id suggest the raleigh-durham area over charlotte since the economy is more diverse and its closer to your current location.
Also, there are affordable areas in northern va (leesburg) and in maryland (baltimore) that would be far more suitable than charlotte. Not hating on charlotte, its a nice little town, but it is super conservative (I.e. The beginning of the bible belt).

Never was a fan of the Raleigh area, it has its allure I guess, but that area is too slow. If you aren't in that college scene there's nothing really there. Charlotte at least is a Metro area and has decent variety of clubs, escorts stop there fairly regularly and not far from Fayetteville. Anyways, like I said, I decided against the Carolinas.

I actually prefer Charlotte which at least is a Metro area that draws decent number of escorts, and night life etc. From my experince Raleigh is fairly slow if you are not part of the college scene. Regardless, I've totally decided against NC, as I've stated, it is too far from my usual haunts.

HaHa, I know, The Govt names rang a bell and almost went through my ID DB, but was too lazy, so went and read the article and images along with it and realized who was who. The Bmore girl use to live here in my area as well, I tried to do a shoot with her, but at that time she hadn't turned 18 yet. Hope they are ok, that's a real crappy situation to be in.
