I do have one possibly useful advice to the Admin: don't ban anyone ! Instead, for sociopaths who may crop up, confine them to one separate thread. This way folks who don't like them can avoid them, while others who want to help them out can engage them in discussion. It's also amusing in small doses to see them when they get into that perfect raving state.
We welcome all to view this forum for free, but everyone should be respectful. Regardless of the debate, we will not tolerate the behavior that was displayed here. I do think a BTG members-only section is a good idea though...
