Of course it was her home but the pictures still unnerved me because the fact of the matter is that no matter what we're presently experiencing, our past experiences are still in our subconcious. And while waiting for her I had way too much time to think and therefore get nervous because I was very vulnerable in her home.

Yes, I'd prefer NOT to see pics of a girl's pre-transition life unless she's my woman and wants me to learn about her past. Otherwise, I'd just like to consider our meeting as day one.
Fair enough, I reckon, but going forward you should know that people aren't necessarily thinking of future friends they may meet when setting up their decor.
