The idiom 'the pen is mightier than the sword' means that words and communication are more powerful than wars and physical fighting (meeting somebody outside of cyberspace, sheesh). You dudes should just keep jousting behind your keyboards, but don't take it to a radical extreme! I've knocked it around with plenty of dudes on this site, which is what a forum is all about and I know I can handle myself through Webster's Dictionary and Roget's Thesaurus; to elicit some thoughtful dialogue. Outside of the matrix means G-L-O-C-K and I don't wanted to be embarrassed on "The First 48"! However, don't stop on my account, handle this like Shakespeare and Thoreau, beat each other up with nouns and adjectives!
