The sad thing (other than a special needs kid being wrapped up in this shit) is she probably won't get a fair trial. The LGBT folks are often thought of as raving sex maniacs by some hetero people.

I'm no fan of sexual abuse but I think people are being a little unfair. We don't have all the details, for example just how " special " this kid really is. They say special needs but clearly he's capable enough to go out on his own. Meaning he must have a sense of things. More to the point did she even know about that, or the fact that he was under age. Would it be stupid not to ask? Of course, but it happens. All I'm saying is, there are things we don't know. And before you ask, no, I've never been in this situation, because I never get laid.
