All you have to do is start playing the video, go to download helper tool, and you'll see the link to the file and then you download the file to your computer. I use it a lot for sites like [edited ] and I download the .FLV files and play them on my computer.

I also recently had a membership to [edited] and all of her videos are embedded and you can't download anything because there are no links. If you get download helper, you can download all of the video on the site.
