What would lead you to believe that this person is a transsexual? Was there an interview or some sort of conversation had with the person in the picture?
I know just as many men that get body and face work (pumped) as I do transsexuals that do. Granted most are gay men, but some have been straight. I've seen guys get their, calves, pectoral muscles, ass, face, and even cocked pumped over the years. Having body alone doesn't make this person trans.

Given: 4/0Meh....tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but after a little research it just appears to be a highly effeminate gay male. Who obviously felt inferior to genetic and TS females so he went and got some work done as Remy just said.
There's no aspirations to transition beyond that from what I've seen. So what we're seeing here might be a new bread of homo, desperately trying to compete with Trannies w/o completely loosing grasp of his identity... Not sure if he's the first but with all the attention he's been getting everywhere, it's certain that he wont be the last...
