Are girl and guy talent required to disclose any known life threatening diseases prior to filming? If potential talent knows they have hiv or aids or something along that line are they required by law to disclose that? Om quite sure protection is always used during filming but condoms do break from time to time. Just curious.

I had read up on a case where a guy who knew he had a deadly std failed to disclose that to women he had intercourse with. He was charged subsequently.

That's what testing is for. Of course not all productions use condoms, that depends on the actors/actresses and the producers on whether they decide to use condoms or not.

very true but the incubation period isnt 6 months but more like 3 and yes its a scary thought

I'm against raw sex in general, but there are others that film that so look to those producers for that content. It's my belief that if it's not a long term one on one relationship with utter and complete trust then it should be avoided, I know I'm probably in the minority but it's how I feel.
