BTG should be proud of it's pics appearing all over Craigslist ads. Plus it's free advertising. Might want to make the logo bigger.

How do I know they're fake ? It's true I cannot sample many CL ads (I'd go broke), but I know from a combination of sampling, what I've heard or read, and common sense. E.g. some girls use pics of several different girls, sometimes even in the same ad. One girl recently posted an ad saying she's sorry she cannot post her pics due to "horrible circumstances", but here's some porn, please enjoy. At least she was up-front.

Some hilarious CL ads. I'm guessing at least 50% of pics are fake, and most of the fakes use BTG.

Craigslist Murder Suspect Charged In Minnesota



A 19-year-old man was charged with second-degree murder Tuesday in the killing of a woman who answered an ad on Craigslist for a baby sitter.

Michael John Anderson is accused of shooting Katherine Ann Olson in the back at his home in suburban Savage, according to the criminal complaint filed in Scott County District Court.

Bail was set at $1 million.

"At this point, we don't know a whole lot about our suspect," Savage police captain David Meulkin told CBS News Early Show co-anchor Harry Smith. "We have had some minor juvenile contacts with him, nothing serious, and certainly nothing violent and nothing that would indicate this."

Olson had gone to Anderson's home Thursday to inquire about a baby-sitting job she had seen advertised on the popular Internet bulletin board, authorities said.

"I think her success with getting employment through Craigslist gave her some more confidence too," Meulkin told Smith. "And people really need to be aware of making contact with strangers."

"Take it with a little bit more caution," Katherine's sister, Sarah Richter, told CBS News correspondent Dean Reynolds, referring to the use of Craigslist. "People are really good people except for a few bad apples."

A spokesman for Craigslist said if a link is confirmed, it would be the first murder ever tied to Craigslist in its 12-year existence and over 450 million classified ads.

Authorities said Olson's blood was found in Anderson's home and a gun was found in his bedroom. A neighbor saw Olson's car sitting in front of Anderson's house for more than two hours Thursday, the complaint said.

The body of the 24-year-old Minneapolis woman was found Friday night in the trunk of her car, which was abandoned in a park about five blocks from Anderson's home. Olson's purse and a bag containing bloody towels, one of which bore Anderson's name, were found in trash nearby.

Anderson has been in the Scott County Jail since his arrest late Friday.

Cell phone records indicated he talked with Olson on Thursday morning, the court documents said. Anderson also said he had not used Craigslist since January, although the e-mail address in the ad matched his address. He told police his mother and three friends had access to the account.

When confronted with evidence, Anderson admitted he was present during Olson's slaying but said the killing was committed by a friend of his who "thought it would be funny," according to the complaint.

"She was going to set the world on fire, and that's the grief that we feel," Nancy Olson, Catherine's mother, told Reynolds. "It's not just for us. It's for all these other people that she would have touched."

Washington Man Arrested for Craigslist Sex-and-Murder Ad


Seattle police arrested a 24-year-old Kent, Wash., man they say placed a sex-and-murder ad on Craigslist.

Police say they were notified last Wednesday of an ad labeled "a strange desire" posted in the "casual encounters" section of the listing for the Seattle-Tacoma area.

The ad indicated a man wanted to have sex with a woman, then kill her.

Vice detectives exchanged e-mails with the man. They made arrangements for him to find the victim Monday at a motel and arrested him when he showed up with a heavy chain and a knife.

Shawn Tyler Skelton faces attempted murder charges. Bail was set Tuesday at $1 million.

The latest Craigslist scare comes days after Boston University medical student Philip Markoff was charged with using the classified ad site to lure women selling erotic services to hotel rooms, where police say he attempted to rob them at gunpoint to feed a gambling habit.

Markoff, 23, is accused of killing one of the women, New York City masseuse Julissa Brisman, when she tried to fight him off in a luxury hotel in Boston on April 14.
He has also been charged with the robbery four days earlier of another masseuse at a different Boston hotel.

Markoff, dubbed the accused "Craigslist Killer," will likely soon be charged in a third case of attempted robbery of a Las Vegas stripper in Rhode Island.

Yeah, I've seen 'em and I've posted a thread about them. Dirty South has a nice watermark running thru his pics. I've applied my own personal water mark on some pics of my friends; female and t-girl. I place mine diagonally through the pic with the faintest shade. If I do put them on the net, my watermark will keep the flix from showing up on craigslist or whereever. I use my printer's software (generated by Windows). It's pretty good for a non-pro like me, I'm a lightweight. But, the pros are advertizing their products, so I assume they know how to protect themselves.

I keep seeing a girls ad with her pics and her dick pics but a cum shot pick of a TS girl friend of mine here in Motown. Not even the same hand. Stupid.
They must think everyone else is stupid too.

Just from what I know there are three motivations, listed below. But I guess there's not much we can do; this being an illegal activity you can't complain to the Better Business Bureau.

The motivations:

1. The girl wants to maintain a "down-low" profile and not have her friends find out she's escorting.

2. They aren't very attractive, maybe a CD or a guy in a wig. Apparently, the fake ads work. A client shows up, is horny, shrugs his shoulders ...

3. Fears about legal issues.

If they were on members only side, then how would we ever get any members? We need to use photos on promotions. There is no such "blocker" that can stop people getting pics, there is always a way around it - and even if there was, we wouldn't do it at this point as it would piss off so many, members, we'd lose business.

We aggressively go after copyright theft and people using our content but a few around here and there - and some stupid girls using them on CL, then it's just impractical.

Most guys, especially members of this site, know whether a CL ad is real or not. We post the state most of our models are from on the bio page. If an ad pops up in another state with that states local area code, it should be written off as fake immediately.

I'm personally against DRM, be it porn, music, or otherwise. People pay for access to see content and may want to view that content from a variety of devices. I personally am a digital pack rat and save damn near everything I deem worthy to external hard drives and then back those up to dvds.
