Given: 0/1Is the Golden Age of Tgirl Stars Behind Us?
The return of Natassia Dreams to Black Tgirls in the latest video shoot really stood out to me. The amount of "star talent" in the industry doesn't seem to be as high now as it was 5-10 years back, but what do you guys think? Maybe I'm just alone in this view. Who are the current or upcoming models that you think will have the career longevity?
Some standouts for me include Megan Snow, Amanda Coxx, Yandie Lee, Natalia La Porta, Lisa Stays Hard, Mia B, Peachez (one of the best tgirl twerkers I've ever seen), and Ms Dimond Dyack. I also think Strawberrie is moving up the list.
Curious to hear who ya'll think are at the top of the game right now since everyone has slightly different tastes.

Given: 403/2Maybe if they were offered contracts where they can make some good money we might see a plethora of models. That's how you build a stable so to speak. Can you imagine seeing your favorite model on semi regular basis and perhaps spicing things up like what KINK.com does you'd probably keep more talent. Things like black Tgirls fucking gg's. Maybe some bondage or fetish scenes. What's wrong with orgies? Can you all imagine your favorite model performing a hardcore scene with other Tgirls. Just a thought.

Given: 32/1it's more mainstream now. you can see tgirls everywhere. many don't have to go into porn to get exposure. overall, the girls now look better than ever, but there's a lot of nice girls from the past too

Given: 0/1good point. Girls like Mia Isabella seem to be running their own sites or getting other job opportunities like you said. No offense to the site creators here because I've been a fan for over 5 years, but I don't watch about 85% of the videos on here these days because most of the new models seem like they are in early stages of their transition

Some good ideas, and I can see how you reach that conclusion, but mostly incorrect.
If you look at ALL the models over a specific year, whether it was then this site started back in 1999 or 2016, you will find a mixture of models that in retrospect, we should have passed, new girls in the beginning of transition, good models that people enjoy and bonafide superstars. Overall, with the accessibility to hormones and the improvement in cameras/lighting, and the fact we don't need to go to the 'street' to get models like in the beginning the average model has improved. Also due to changes in society, the growth of the internet and especially this site, there are more potential models coming out and looking to get into the industry.
Many girls want to get into the porn industry, and then try it - shoot some, get attention, make a little money and then get bored of it when they don't make as much as expected, or it doesn't change their lives. The industry only meets the expectations for a few people. Many only want to do a few shoots either as a way to get quick money - or for the validation of being on a porn site.
" The amount of "star talent" in the industry doesn't seem to be as high now as it was 5-10 years back, but what do you guys think?"
As mentioned above. Go through and list the 'stars' from any specific year. You'll find statistically little has changed. What has changed is YOUR perception. 10 years ago there was nowhere near as much content available. Now you have much more, not only on pay sites the years of back catalogues and updates, but Twitter, clip sites, tube sites, etc. all over-exposing the amount of girls there are. With so much choice, one becomes less satisfied (overloaded). It's a common phenomenon - and you can read more about it here: https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog...oad-real-thing
Maybe if they were offered contracts where they can make some good money we might see a plethora of models.
With respect you don't really understand the way this industry works. For trans porn, there are no exclusivity contracts and no one model has ever been worth enough to pay an ongoing monthly contract, which would be worth it to her and make a return to the company. You mentioned 'black girls fucking gg's' but when tested, not enough people were interested or bought that content, so without it at least returning the budgets, then why would it be produced.
An orgy scene is expensive to produce - and again, unlikely to return the budget.
Some of the smartest people I know work in this industry. Kink has incredible statistical minds in it's company. If the return was there, then they would be producing more of this stuff, instead they've closed their studios and are looking to reduce spending costs by outsourcing.
The end-user is just not spending enough money. With respect to you guys, whom do buy porn and I thank you for it, there are too many people not buying but consuming it anyway. If the free business model ceased, and we were able to see exactly how much people were willing to spend, when they had no other choice to get their porn, we'd be able to re-assess smaller niches.
good point. Girls like Mia Isabella seem to be running their own sites or getting other job opportunities like you said.
Solo sites make VERY little money for the model - it's more of a way for her to push her brand, and other jobs like escorting. I'm not addressing this specifically to Mia, but to almost every solo site I know of. I've seen the numbers, even on a site that updates regularly, few people join and stay members.
I don't watch about 85% of the videos on here these days because most of the new models seem like they are in early stages of their transition
I think your percentage is a little off, but yes we do feature a lot of models earlier in transition - or who have elected not to get surgeries but to stay with hormones, but looking at the statistics of those girls, they perform better than some others that may be further along in transition. If it wasn't for Black-Tgirls giving many of these models a first time shoot, and getting them into the paying public's eye, then we'd have many less stars of today. Look back at some of the biggest star's first shoots and they are extremely early in transition, but return year after year and they've blossomed.
I do understand where you are coming from, but if you look back, and read the link above, I think you'll find if anything things have improved and it's your viewpoint which has altered some.
These sites meet a very tight budget. A good percentage of models we shoot, don't really return the budget they were shot on in terms of new sales/repeat sales - but we have voting, rating and comments in place to try and see who people want next. Sometimes the bigger stars you'd expect to return better are the ones that fall flat, while a newbie kills it.
In 2018, we are embarking on new projects which could include some of what 'BryanFerryFan' mentioned, but we'll be looking at polling members and getting commitments at that time.
Thanks for the feedback - a good discussion.

Actually, one of the reasons I feel strongly that this is the case (too much choice) is that it takes a lot more to excite me now - and to see a girl which really works for me, back in the early 2000's when we were getting 2-3 shoots a week across all sites, practically every girl drove me nuts.

If you guys and anyone else could give me a list of models over the last 18 months who you'd want to see again - and those who you do not want to see again, I'd love to see it.
Just YES - or NO, not need to go into details on the negative one's so we don't put anyone down. It's all personal taste.
